Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Skin & Tonic Northwest Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Bookings and Appointments
1.1. Appointments can be made via our website, social media, or by telephone.
1.2. To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee may be required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
1.3. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. We operate a strict 48-hour notice policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
2.2. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
2.3. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, and future bookings may require full pre-payment.
2.4. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., therapist illness), we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or offer a full refund of your booking fee.
3. Consultations and Medical Safety
3.1. A consultation may be required prior to certain aesthetic or skin treatments to ensure suitability.
3.2. Patch Tests: For specific treatments (such as tinting, lash lifts, or certain peels), a patch test must be performed at least 24–48 hours before the treatment. Failure to attend a required patch test will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of your booking fee.
3.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate medical history and inform us of any allergies, medications, or changes in your health (including pregnancy).
4. Late Arrivals
4.1. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
4.2. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
4.3. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. All prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
5.2. We accept payment via cash, major debit/credit cards.
5.3. All treatments must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment.
6. Gift Vouchers
6.1. Gift vouchers are valid for [12] months from the date of purchase.
6.2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3. Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.
7. Children and Guests
7.1. Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of our clinical environment, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the clinic.
8.2. We are not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments if you have failed to disclose relevant medical information or have not followed post-treatment aftercare advice provided by your therapist.
9. Complaints
9.1. We strive for excellence, but if you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours.
